Georgetown Cupcake keg tosser suspected in second brazen M Street attack caught on video

A man smashed the front window of Georgetown Cupcake with a stolen beer keg, terrifying an employee, and is suspected in other attacks on M Street. The incident occurred during graduation weekend in Georgetown. A $1,000 reward is offered for information leading to an indictment.
