Kalshi, Polymarket lose bids to halt Nevada and Washington gambling cases
Prediction market platforms Kalshi and Polymarket have failed in their bids to halt legal cases brought by Nevada and Washington state gambling regulators. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that federal derivatives oversight does not provide immunity from state gaming enforcement actions.
