CFTC Backs Prediction Markets in Yet Another Lawsuit Against a State

CFTC Chair Mike Selig has vowed to sue any state that attempts to regulate prediction markets under its own gambling laws. The CFTC is defending prediction markets against state-level gambling regulations.
