SEC’s ‘Crypto Mom’ to join law school, signaling end of time at regulator

Hester Peirce, also known as the SEC's 'Crypto Mom', will join a Virginia law school as an associate professor after her term at the SEC expired. This move leaves another empty seat in the agency's leadership. Her new role starts approximately 18 months after her term ended.
