Louisiana rushes to redraw congressional maps after Gov. Landry suspends primaries

The state of Louisiana is redrawing its congressional map after the Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional. Gov. Jeff Landry suspended primaries pending the redraw. Some Black voters fear losing representation in Washington D.C.
