Supreme Court sides with NJ faith-based pregnancy centers in subpoena fight

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled in favor of faith-based pregnancy centers in their legal battle with New Jersey’s Democratic attorney general over subpoenas related to an investigation into alleged donor misinformation about abortion support. Justice Neil Gorsuch stated the centers can challenge the subpoena in federal court under the First Amendment.
