Android malware targeting financial institutions and devices

Multiple Android malware families including Manic, car head unit malware, and ToxicPanda 2.0 have been identified targeting financial institutions, government services, and connected devices across Europe, Ukraine, and Russia. These threats employ various techniques including data exfiltration through nearby devices, botnet activity, and on-device fraud capabilities.
