Wahab wins California District 14 special election

California state Sen. Aisha Wahab won a special election to succeed former Rep. Eric Swalwell in Congress for California's 14th Congressional District, defeating BART President Melissa Hernandez and will serve the remainder of Swalwell's House term ending in January.
