Fatal vehicle crashes in Southern California

Two separate fatal vehicle crashes in Southern California have resulted in arrests and charges. The incidents involve a suspected DUI collision in Perris that killed an 8-year-old girl, and an alleged street racing crash in Mission Viejo that killed a 21-year-old woman.
