Minnesota sues Texas over ICE agent extradition

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison filed a lawsuit against Texas Governor Greg Abbott to compel the extradition of ICE agent Christian Castro, who faces charges of assault and falsely reporting a crime related to a shooting incident in Minneapolis. Abbott has refused to extradite Castro to Minnesota for trial.
