Former LAPD Detective Charged in 1994 Sexual Assault

Michael Brambles, a former Los Angeles Police Department detective who was previously incarcerated and released decades early, has been arrested and charged in Ventura County for a 1994 rape and robbery case in Thousand Oaks.
