Senate passes Russia sanctions bill

The U.S. Senate passed a bipartisan sanctions package targeting Russia and countries purchasing its oil and gas exports in response to the Ukraine invasion. The legislation, negotiated by the late Sen. Lindsey Graham and renamed in his honor, passed with an 86-11 vote and will advance to final passage.
