Charlotte tow truck driver shot during impound

A tow truck driver named Bobby was shot multiple times on Markland Drive in west Charlotte while attempting to impound a vehicle. Victor Crosby, the vehicle's owner, was arrested and accused of shooting the driver, who survived with injuries that narrowly missed his spine.
