Young boys crash stolen car, injure pedestrian in Oakland

Two young brothers (ages 7 and 4) took their parent's car without permission in Oakland and lost control of the vehicle, resulting in a multi-vehicle crash that critically injured a woman walking her dog. Police are investigating the incident.
