DOGE savings claims audited and questioned

Federal auditors from the Government Accountability Office found that Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) overstated its cost-cutting achievements, with many of the estimated $110 billion in savings reported on its 'Wall of Receipts' lacking supporting evidence or being inaccurate. Additionally, a government watchdog has been unable to fully identify all individuals who worked for DOGE or confirm their understanding of ethics rules.
