US offers $25M reward for CJNG cartel leader

The U.S. State Department has increased a $25 million reward for information leading to the capture of Juan Carlos González, a U.S. citizen believed to lead Mexico's Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), following the death of the cartel's former leader El Mencho.
