Miami lobster diver oxygen sabotage case

Michael Simpson, 51, a boat captain, was charged with attempted second-degree murder after allegedly disabling an 18-year-old diver's oxygen supply during a dispute over a lobster fishing location near Fisher Island during lobster mini season.
