Chipotle jalapeño salmonella outbreak investigation

Chipotle removed jalapeños from some of its restaurants after the ingredient was identified as a possible source of a salmonella outbreak that sickened over 110 people in Minnesota. The jalapeños had been distributed to multiple food service retailers across several states, prompting a multi-state investigation.
