Bronx man arrested for child sexual abuse

Stephen Charles, a 42-year-old Bronx resident, was arrested and charged with sexually abusing six children and teenagers over an eight-year period from 2018 to 2026, with alleged incidents occurring at homeless shelters where he resided. The NYPD released his photo and information as part of the investigation into the multiple abuse cases.
