Multiple rescue and missing person incidents in Florida Keys

This cluster covers two separate incidents in the Florida Keys: the successful rescue of three divers who became separated from their boat off Duck Key with assistance from FWC, U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Navy; and an ongoing Coast Guard search for missing boater Dustin Southwick last seen near Marathon.
