Almost 6.4% of voter names were deleted in draft lists for four states and one Union Territory undergoing Systematic Internal Review (SIR). In Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, 30% of names were removed due to Block Level Officers (BLOs) failing to trace voters, while Odisha saw a 6% deletion rate attributed to migration.
