    Repeat offender released early from jail now charged with capital murder of pregnant woman

    Kevin Faux, a 24-year-old repeat offender with a history of assault charges, was arrested for the capital murder of 23-year-old Ashanti Allen, who was eight months pregnant when she disappeared.
