- Bodycam: Cop pulls over driver missing right hand for holding phone with right hand
Kathleen Thomas was cited in February by a Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputy for allegedly using a phone with her right hand. The deputy later requested the citation be dismissed after realizing Thomas is missing her right hand. Uncut bodycam footage of the traffic stop has been released.
