A 2025 Gallup study with the Kettering Foundation found that Americans who listen to partisan podcasts and influencers are more likely than their party peers to support the right to peaceful protest and voting for citizens with 'radical views,' provided they are nonviolent. Liberal podcast listeners also showed lower belief in political leaders being held accountable compared to broader Democratic audiences.
