    JAAC strike: Markets, streets deserted in AJK's Muzaffarabad but no demonstrations held

    A strike by the newly proscribed Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) left Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), largely deserted, with shops and traffic closed.
