The Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation is implementing a new islandwide system to manage public recreational use across Oʻahu. This system will schedule and permit the use of 221 ball diamonds and 129 play fields. The initiative aims to ensure fairer and more consistent access to these public spaces.
