    Powhatan Planning Commission denies recommendation for motorsport park permit

    The Powhatan County Planning Commission has denied a permit recommendation for a proposed motorsport park. Throttle Therapy, the park's owner, plans to offer family-friendly dirt bike and ATV riding on 700 acres near Rocky Ford Road, but the Planning Commission will not recommend approval to the Board of Supervisors, which will make the final decision this month.
