Three workers were killed and one injured after a lifeboat fell into the sea during maintenance work on a floating storage and offloading (FSO) vessel operated by Petronas in Malaysia's Terengganu state. The incident occurred at the FSO Sepat vessel around 12:50 PM on Sunday.
