    Race team sued by Cabarrus County company, new lawsuit shows

    AK Performance, a Kannapolis-based company, sued Rev Racing for $75,434.12 over unpaid race car parts, including legend car components. The lawsuit claims Rev Racing failed to pay despite repeated demands. Rev Racing was previously sued by Kyle Busch Motorsports in 2024 for similar unpaid invoices.
