Russian attacks on Ukraine’s Odesa port have disrupted grain exports, causing traders and shipowners to pause activities and resulting in 11 port worker and sailor deaths. Russia’s grain exports are also declining due to fuel shortages and Ukrainian strikes, exacerbating global food supply pressures as the two countries account for a third of global wheat supplies.
