A 33-year-old man was arrested in Miami after allegedly following a woman into an elevator, groping her twice, and later exposing himself in a hallway. The suspect, Delroy Ambursley Lindo, has three prior convictions for indecent exposure and was charged with felony indecent exposure and misdemeanor battery.
