A federal ban on most hemp-derived THC products will be delayed for a month after efforts to maintain the original timeline failed. The Senate voted 61-32, tabling a bipartisan amendment proposed by Sen. Ted Budd and others. This amendment had intended to strip the delay from stopgap government funding.
