Preliminary findings revealed that an engine fan blade broke off shortly after takeoff from a Ryanair plane on July 10. Broken engine parts subsequently shattered a window mid-flight while traveling from Greece to Germany, resulting in a passenger being partially sucked out of the aircraft. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released this report detailing the incident.
