    China has put a Polish university on its European dual-use exports blacklist. Why?

    China added Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (PWr) and 13 other EU entities to a dual-use export control list in response to EU sanctions against Chinese and Hong Kong entities. The Chinese commerce ministry stated the move targets organizations linked to the European security sector.
