Indonesia's government is scaling down President Prabowo Subianto's free meals program to save money, leaving thousands of kitchen operators in limbo. The plan includes a potential US$2 billion budget cut, reducing beneficiaries and halting the addition of 13,000 new kitchens among the current 28,000.
