Washington state wildfires

Firefighters in eastern Washington are battling wildfires that have forced thousands to flee and destroyed over 700 buildings in the Spokane area. A man has been arrested and charged with arson for allegedly starting the most destructive fire. Amna Nawaz discussed the situation with Dave Upthegrove, Washington commissioner of public lands.
