Dr. Cerina Fairfax, a dentist and former spouse of Virginia’s ex-Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax, was killed by her estranged husband, who then took his own life. The couple was undergoing a divorce, and police found them dead in their Virginia home. Fairfax was remembered as a devoted mother, compassionate dentist, and community volunteer.
