Two teenagers were charged in connection with the death of a 15-year-old girl shot in east Charlotte. The incident occurred when a Nissan Sentra fired multiple shots into a Chevrolet Cruze, injuring multiple occupants, including Ya-Monnie Houston, who later died from her injuries.
