Search and rescue teams are looking for 17 missing sailors after the Vietnamese cargo ship Khoi Nguyen 18 sank in the South China Sea near Fiery Cross Reef in the Spratly Islands. 45 of the 62 crew members have been rescued, and all crew are Vietnamese.
