The Vermont Criminal Justice Council revoked his certification without a hearing after he declined to contest allegations, stating he would 'continue enjoying life away from law enforcement.'

A former sheriff’s deputy in Vermont was banned from police work for creating 'trading cards' from booking photos of arrested individuals, while a police officer received a written warning for allegedly violating a fair policing policy by contacting federal authorities during a traffic stop to check immigration status.
