    The Tamil Nadu government has transferred 10 IAS officers. V.P. Jeyaseelan, a Joint Commissioner in the Greater Chennai Corporation's Health department, has been posted as Director of Tourism, replacing M.S. Shanmugam, who is retiring on June 30.
