Police in Upland arrested a vandalism suspect after he threw a large rock at a window and fled down a bike path. The incident occurred Tuesday afternoon around 3:45 p.m., but the exact location was not disclosed.

A downtown Upland comic shop, Cats and Comics Rescue, which supports rescue cats through sales, has been broken into for a second time. Surveillance video shows a thief shattering the glass door at the shop.

Four Colombian nationals were arrested by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department for their alleged involvement in an organized residential burglary crew targeting homes across Southern California. The investigation began following a burglary in the San Antonio Heights area of Upland on April 22.
