Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claimed that Ukraine conducted a nighttime operation using anti-ship missiles, drones, and sea drones to hit Novorossiysk, which was identified as the last major Russian fleet stronghold in the Black Sea. The attack reportedly targeted air defenses, piers, and port infrastructure in the Krasnodar region. Separately, Zelenskyy cited intelligence reports stating that Vladimir Putin plans for an additional rapid mobilization of several hundred thousand Russians.
