Typhoon Noul is expected to come closest to Hong Kong between Saturday night and Sunday morning, with Hong Kong's weather forecaster considering issuing a No 1 warning signal. The typhoon, named 'glowing crimson skies' by North Korea, was 500km northeast of Manila as of Friday morning, moving northwest at 26km/h.
