    A West Virginia man, Clinton Wayne Nelan, was arrested for misusing a local emergency telephone system and impersonating a law enforcement officer after repeatedly calling 911 to report zombies, ghosts, and a UFO. He claimed to be a police officer from Louisiana but was found to be falsifying his identity. Nelan was booked into the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a cash-only bond.
