NSUI workers Vijaypal Kudi, Viyona Jat, and Koshen Khan staged a hunger strike atop a water tank near Gandhi Nagar Railway Station in Jaipur on July 30 for student union elections. They climbed the tank near the Tonk Phatak bridge at 8 a.m. and remained there.
