    Stunned Friends Remember an East Village ‘Torchbearer for Sleaze Rock’

    Punk legend Chester “Chet” Mazur was killed by a mail truck while walking home from Otto’s Shrunken Head in East Village on Saturday. Friends remembered him as an 'East Village ‘Torchbearer for Sleaze Rock.’' Separately, James Simmons has been charged with leaving the scene of the fatal accident.
