- Biden's Hur interview tapes could now go public after his attorneys wave white flag
Biden's attorneys ended their legal battle to block the release of audio recordings and transcripts from his 2016-2017 interviews with ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer, obtained during Robert Hur's classified documents investigation. A judge accepted the dismissal, allowing the Department of Justice to release the materials to the House Judiciary Committee. The Heritage Foundation had sought the materials through FOIA requests, arguing public interest in the materials used for Hur's decision.
