Submarius

Submarius began as a diving conditions dashboard but evolved to address the lack of a water clarity API. The creator developed a state-augmented ensemble kalman filter to calculate water clarity, seeking feedback from the HN community on potential improvements. The project faces challenges with messy satellite data, including cloud misinterpretations and shallow reef reflections.
