Polish prosecutors indicted an 18-year-old Ukrainian citizen for alleged sabotage on behalf of Russian intelligence to incite ethnic tensions. The accused, Illia K., is charged with defacing monuments significant to Poles and planning a drone attack, according to Poland’s Internal Security Agency.
